Service is becoming real poor this day. No communication and made me miss my ride. Tried to call to see what is going on, and they are taking their real sweet time to figure out the issue. Shame really. what happened with the service? Used to be better. Lyft might be more expensive but at least they are more communicating.

Pleasant and wonderful, I would recommend it to all my family and friends. The wait time for pickup is not ever a long period. The drivers are very professional and polite. The cost to ride is very affordable, and being on a fixed income, the price is just right. Also to book the service is very simple..

This used to be fine when I first started using it but now especially more recently there is never a single driver at any point of the day. And of course the regular metro changed their routes so everything is just getting worse honestly. Quite literally right after I typed this out a metro now passed by.. yeah definitely one star.
